Welcome to Paraleyes, a platform where creativity meets vision. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Paraleyes website and services ("Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Contestants and Voters must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. All contestants must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when creating an account and submitting a photo. By registering, you confirm that all images submitted are of your own eyes and are not AI-generated or manipulated beyond minor touch-ups.

To participate in a Paraleyes contest, contestants must: Create an account with their Full Name, Date of Birth, Email Address, Password, and Eye Color. Verify their email address before uploading a contest photo. Submit a legitimate, original photo of their eyes according to contest guidelines. Confirm their identity (via Facebook or other means) if selected as a contest winner.

To vote in contests, voters must: Create an account with their Full Name, Date of Birth, Email, and Phone Number, or sign in with Facebook. Each registered voter receives 1 free vote per contest. Additional votes may be purchased for a small fee.

Only real, unaltered photographs of the user’s own eyes are allowed. Submissions using AI-generated images, heavy photo manipulation, or filters are strictly prohibited. Each image must creatively use the limited frame, focusing only on the eye region. Images must exclude areas below the bottom of the nose and above the top of the head. Judging criteria may include use of eye makeup, background setting, and eye reflection. Any image that violates these standards may be removed or disqualified at Paraleyes’ discretion.

Each registered voter is entitled to one (1) free vote per contest. Additional votes may be purchased; fees are non-refundable. Winners are selected based on community voting and/or internal judging metrics. Before claiming a prize, winners must verify their identity via Facebook or an approved method. Paraleyes reserves the right to disqualify any winner who cannot sufficiently verify their identity or who violates these Terms.

By submitting a photo, you grant Paraleyes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your image within the Platform, for promotional purposes, or in media relating to Paraleyes. You retain full ownership of your content, but agree not to upload any content that:

• Infringes on copyrights or intellectual property rights
• Contains AI-generated content
• Violates any applicable laws or community standards

We collect and store personal data including Full Name, Date of Birth, Email Address, and optionally Phone Number or Facebook account details for verification. Your data is used solely for account management, identity confirmation, and contest operation.

All personal information and images submitted through the Paraleyes platform are strictly used to verify identities, validate votes, and conduct the contest. We do not sell, rent, or share user data or images with any third-party sources. As of the date of this document's creation, the only third-party service used is Facebook Authentication, which operates independently. Any information collected via Facebook login is already held by Facebook and is not transferred from us. Users may request the removal of their account and personal data at any time by contacting us. Upon verified request, data will be permanently deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe. We will never provide user data to outside parties, except when required by applicable laws, legal processes, or government requests.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another individual or submit false information
• Use automated systems (bots) to vote or interact with the Platform
• Submit offensive, illegal, or harmful content
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with Platform security or functionality

Paraleyes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are involved in fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or abuse of voting systems.

Paraleyes is not responsible for lost data, errors in voting, or user misconduct. Voting outcomes and winner selections are final unless fraud or abuse is detected. We do not guarantee continuous access to the Platform and reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Paraleyes may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
